- Returns: You have 14 days to return an item. Start a return from your order details in the app.

For Sellers
- Item status: Track your items in the Sellsome app under Profile.
- Payouts: Earnings are paid out to your registered bank account. Check your balance under Profile > Withdrawal History.
- Pricing questions: If you have questions about a proposed price, you can respond directly in the app or contact us.
