• Orders & shipping: Check your order status in the Sellsome app under Profile > Orders.
• Returns: You have 14 days to return an item. Start a return from your order details in the app.
• Payment issues: Contact us at support@sellsome.dk with your order number.

For Sellers

• Item status: Track your items in the Sellsome app under Profile.
• Payouts: Earnings are paid out to your registered bank account. Check your balance under Profile > Withdrawal History.
• Pricing questions: If you have questions about a proposed price, you can respond directly in the app or contact us.

For Shops

• Getting started: Book a meeting and we will get you started on Sellsome.
• POS & technical support: Contact us at support@sellsome.dk for help with the POS app, hardware setup, or integrations.
